“I still haven't received the item I purchased despite numerous reassurances from customer services. It was a gift for my sons birthday. Very disappointed”
“Awful. Didn’t despatch my item which I bought for a birthday present. Delievery stated 3-5days. So I had to end up spending double the money. Then I opened a case on PayPal as they ignored my message (still no reply) then only after a few days of opening the PayPal case they decided to despatch the item. So now I’m stuck with an unwanted item. Have no idea how to return as they don’t respond. Going by other reviews I probably wouldn’t even receive the refund anyway.”
“Ordered 5 items. 1st item arrived 15 days later. After chasing, informed rest of delivery due 1 month after order. Only 1 item then delivered. Refund provided, but disappointed that delivery not completed, required multiple chasing and I now have to order items from another website costing me double postage.”
“Still waiting for the item. Was supposed to be here for xmas. Ordered weeks ago. Very disappointed, would of loved to have been informed of any delay such in advance, so I could of made other arrangements. Great way to top off the worst year every. Shouldn't of expected anything else from 2020.”
