“Shocking customer service. Delivery took ages and then received someone elses order. Called to report it and was emailed to say nothing would be done until I returned the wrong parcel. So no Christmas present and no refund as post offices are now shut til after Xmas. Wouldn't recommend this company at all! Terrible service!”
“Unfortunately I didn’t have a very good time buying from this company .
Bought at start of November and never received my product . Multiple lies via email and then it shipped to then have not even arrived in stock .
I would have been more honest if the company had been honest that they hadn’t been able to get stock in rather than lie as I now don’t have enough time to replace the present”

“I have had to email to get my order dispatched 3 days after it was meant to. I cannot track my order and don’t know when I will get it. I have further emailed you with no reply about when my order will arrive. Very disappointed as I ordered this in preparation for Christmas far enough in advance to give reasonable time for the company to fulfill my order. Not happy. I have still not received my order.”
