“Utterly awful. Part of my parcel was dispatched on 23rd November (according to email) but never delivered. Lost universe told me it was delivered 2nd December but I’ve been at home shielding from the 25th November so know for a fact that is untrue. When I emailed all I was told was to contact my local postal service (which I had, they said they did not have the parcel). I was then told to just keep waiting as there was nothing they could do. Shameful customer service, especially for Christmas!”
“Ordered 2 items after no sign of them after a week I emailed them and was told 1 is not in stock the second item then wasn't posted for another 10 days or so. Constant chasing via email. Very poor service”

“Took my money 13 days ago still no product. Blaming the courier. Emailed numerous times. Telephoned numerous times no one rings back despite promises. Asked for a refund - still waiting for a response - £199.99 not a small order. Terrible customer service. Do not even know where the product is - FIASCO. Be aware this is before Black Friday madness. I would never use this Company.”
“Never, have I ever had the displeasure of dealing with such a horrible company.
The order had still not arrived, 3 weeks after I bought my goods. After contacting them, I was told that the goods would be with me by the weekend. It took a further 2 weeks for the goods to arrive and they arrived despite me telling the company ot cancel the order. After their initial reply from my first email enquiring about the location of my purchase, they did not respond to further emails or Facebook messages.
When the goods arrived, I was shocked to find that an item I'd paid £25 for looked like it would be better suited hanging off the end of a key ring and the other item I'd paid £35 for did not work as the app required to operate it, had not been updated in 2 years!
I did not return the goods as I did not have the confidence from previous correspondence, that this company would process any kind of refund. Chalked it off to bad experience and luck but will definitely not buy from again. Stay well clear.”
“The Pop figure that I ordered was delivered in a flimsy Jiffy bag which resulted in the box being crushed, warped and damaged. Item returned! Pop figures should be shipped in sturdy boxes to provide protection!! Very disappointed with my purchase.”
