“This is a highly legitimate, fun, and largely fair game which gives the player a genuine chance of winning more than they stake. The December daily awards and prizes for advent are generous, as are the daily spins when awarded. A few faults do remain and my positive review is in spite of them. 1) The website will often refresh and the player loses the game they’ve used coins to pay for. I can understand not always rewarding it back after a refresh as that would incentivise players to refresh games they were losing, but certainly when the game refreshes independently you should get your coins back. 2) It should be much clearer how much somebody is signing up to pay. I credit the developers with their response to feedback. At one point a purchase was inaccurately described as costing £2.80 credit when it was actually £2.80 cash and the developers corrected this speedily. The syndicate problem does still remain though where a headline advertisement will show a line of lotto tickets for £1, sometimes less, with the fact accepting these means joining a syndicate for £6.50 a week written only in the small print. Syndicates should also be made easier to leave as it’s difficult when they are paused and unpausing to leave is often not allowed. All in all, providing a prospective player is aware of these issues, they should have great fun on lotto social, with its array of games, lottery opportunities, and fair prospects of coming out on top, especially in the month of December.”
