“Je suis cliente régulière et j’achète souvent des bons, donc je suis une bonne cliente. Mon compte fonctionne normalement, mais je ne peux jouer à aucun jeu, tout est bloqué sans explication. C’est très frustrant et incompréhensible. J’espère que mon problème sera réglé rapidement”
