“The Company got the order wrong, then UPS changed the delivery date twice - and got it wrong. The most annoying part was that one of the zips jammed on first application out of the box and, despite various attempts - still doesn't work. The zips handles are too small anyway - perhaps buttons ARE better after all!”

“There seems to be acres of bed sheet to grapple with - the first time is the worst time. Your struggle is rewarded by a perfectly fitting, comfortable, luxury grade duvet. Well worth the effort - subsequent fittings much easier!”

“I bought the duvet set for my mother and as this was being sent direct to her I asked whether they could kindly wrap it. In fairness I didn't expect a response as I assumed it would all be dealt with electronically but they did. In the first instance they sent me an email confirming they would gift wrap the set and when my mother received the gift a couple of days later she was absolutely delighted. Thank you so much as with the current restrictions I am unable to visit her so Love Bedtime going the extra mile has made a huge difference.”

“What an easy solution to duvet cover changing, particularly for double and larger beds. An efficient service and a pleasure to actually speak to another person who dealt with any queries I had. Would highly recommend”

“I am impressed with Love Bedtime, despite the current problems my order was dispatched very quickly. UPS, however, would only say that it would be delivered 'by the end of the day' so I stayed at home. I went into the garden to bring in the washing, leaving all doors open so I would hear my very loud doorbell. On my return I found a card on the mat saying they had been unable to deliver and I would have to collect from a local pick up point after 7pm. The duvet set was beautifully presented with a letter to say it had been dry cleaned for hygiene reasons. I chose to wash it only because I have occasionally experienced reactions to dry cleaned items. The cover is exactly as described and I found it easy to fit and, true to the claims, the duvet stayed in place all night. It is lovely not to have the former daily wrestle to get the duvet back to the top of the cover. I will be ordering more in due course and telling all my friends and family how good it is. Thank you Love Bedtime”

“Wish we had found this gem sooner. Excellent quality and something that should have been thought of years ago. We have a King sized bed and changing the duvet cover has been a Problem for us two old fogies so thanks a million.We are sleeping easily now. Cxxx”

“I was delighted to find a firm that sold zip duvet covers as I am 87 years old and have been struggling with our king size duvets for several years. I am looking forward to changing the bed covers now so first use will be this week. It would be nice if there were some pretty patterned ones too. A marvellous idea.”
