“More than pleased with my zipped up duvet cover. Has made life so much easier. Excellent quality and value for money along with fitted sheet and pillow cases.”

“Poor quality expensive faulty product with non-existent customer service. Feeling scammed. I used this duvet once and the zip is broken. I contacted the company 5 times (3 emails and 2 calls) no response to either. The phone number seems to be home phone and goes through to a generic sky voicemail message. At least set your email and phone messages to out of office so your customers know what going on. I emailed them today I’d leave this review if I didn't hear from them. I want a refund for this faulty product!!!”

“Used and washed twice, now the zip won't close. See photo. Have tried pinching behind the zip until I'm blue in the face with no success. To add insult to injury I have had no respond to either the email I've sent them nor to the contact form I filled in on their website. Do not waste your money on these people”

“Great value and good quality, generous fabric, having paid for postage would change your delivery courier. (Waited in all day, and having complained to them they emailed me in the evening to apologise it would not be coming that day!”

“I received my order promptly and I am pleased with looks and quality of the Romeo easyfit duvet cover. I received a quick response to my customer service enquiry and it is so much easier to fit especially as I live on my own and have always struggled to fit a normal cover and the buttons always seem to come undone!”

“Dismal from the start! Badly let down by UPS (nothing new there). No response to recent emails, shows no interest in customer service hence I am left with no alternative but to give 1 star rating for a very expensive poor quality product!”

“Five stars for the quality of the bedding. Less so for the communication. I sent an email and message on FB messenger. I rang the number, it switched to SKY voice mail. Company address given is a private dwelling! Bedding was ordered on a Sunday and delivered on a Wednesday si no problems there. JUST IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS!!!”
