“I do NOT recommend buying from this company! I purchased a new duvet cover set including sheet and whilst order and delivery were fine, customer service is non existent. I have been trying to contact the company in vain to get a return authorised. No response to several emails or a request to contact me via their contact us form. If and when I get a refund remains to be seen. In the meantime, I am left £100 out of pocket for bedding I do not want to keep.”

“Finally, a design which caters for so many abilities in so many levels. The fabric is really easy care and soft against the skin With a Cancer, which restricts my arms movements, I can now make my own bed. Independence. I wish I had seen your site years ago. The struggle is over. I no longer feel breathless making my bed. Without hesitation I am delighted to recommend to my Clinicians, Occupational therapists, friends and family of all ages abilities and disabilities, height in fact all those who have fought the battle to putting on the duvet. Thank you An absolutely brilliant, sensible and necessary concept. Good luck.”

“Love bedtime?? I do now!! Physical problems leave me at my wits end trying to change my bedding - not anymore!! Exquisite, luxury feel to sleep cocooned in ( I also purchased a truly good sized fitted sheet which is deep enough to securely stay on the mattress). Also the pillow cases are a wonderful good size. I bought some expensive goosedown pillows but they were not comfortable. I now realise that they were tight in my previous cases making them too firm. My new pillow cases allow the air to stay in the pillow and they are now really soft and comfy, with a luxurious feel to lay on. Really happy with my purchase!!”

“Recently purchased Delilah cover, but unfortunately the zip is broken and does not work. Despite several tele calls and emails I cannot get a reply from Love Bedtime. The cover has been returned, but no acknowledgement. Does no one check mail or check tele recordings? I guess not, so all the nice words go for nothing. Worst customer service I have had for years from a supplier.”
