“LOVE the book. It turned out wonderful. I only have one complaint and two suggestions: I purchased the upgraded soft-touch cover option (no regrets, totally makes it look much nicer), but unfortunately, someone or something left two big black prints on the cover before it was wrapped in plastic. I could see them through the plastic before I ever opened it. Because it's soft touch, I had to be super careful trying to clean it off and wasn't very successful, so it still has marks on it. A bit of a bummer, but otherwise excellent. Suggestion #1: When viewing the "Print Preview" mode on the site, please indicate somehow that the single page you're looking at will in fact be it's own page in the book, with nothing on the back of it. I didn't realize that the left page of every page in the book was a single solid color, matching the color of the background you chose for the page you created on the right side of the book. An unexpected bonus, as I was sorting pages based on what I assumed would be back to back with each other, or side by side with each other. Just a bit of clarification would help. Suggestion #2: Either allow the cover options to be edited similar to the page options or ensure that the cover is printed on the center of the physical book. Mine is printed right of center and it's fairly noticeable. Editing it might have fixed that. Either way, SHE LOVED THE BOOK and said it was the sweetest and most considerate thing anyone has ever done for her!”
