I live in Tokyo and even with the covid-19 situation the delivery was super fast, it arrived one week before the already short estimated time. I cannot express how much I love it!”

“My product was delayed due to the shipping company, not LoveBook themselves. When we thought the product was lost they immediately offered an expedited replacement even though it was not their fault, and the customer service representative was wonderful to work with. Fortunately the product came in the same day and we were able to cancel the replacement. The book was better than I had expected and we were very happy with our order.”
