“I made an error in my story and I promptly contacted Customer Service via email. They responded the very next day! I was treated with kindness and my issue resolved quickly. Their service is simply amazing. I love my story and the pictures created based on the questions answered are adorable. I will certainly return to create more stories!”

“I absolutely love the book! It came out beautiful, good sized, well printed, and I received it a week earlier than the expected date, so I'm not worried anymore about the delivery. The editing process was fun and there were so many options to choose from. Apart from that you can always edit your pages and add additional objects from the object library to personalize it even more, so you will definitely end up having everything you want in the book. Can't wait to give it to my husband for our anniversary! Notes to the lovebook: it would be nice to have more designs for the cover. Also it would be nice if you offered a PDF version of the book for free, doesn't make sense paying for it apart..”

“I was very pleased with the product selection and options when creating my book. I had ordered Rush delivery for December 18th but due to covid-19 protocol my book did not arrive on time. I reached out to customer service and Nikki did a wonderful job outlining next steps as well as options. Not only did they refund my shipping fee but they also overnighted me a new book. The book was still delayed, however the customer service was so amazing that I will absolutely be using their services in the future for more gifts. I finally got my book today and I am more than pleased.”

“I purchased one of the naughty books and was extremely satisfied. It was made well and the pictures looked great! I loved that I could make the character in the book look just like my fiancé! He had so much fun reading it and seeing our cute potato shaped blurred out naked bodies. Although the price was a bit higher than I expected to pay, I will probably purchase another book in the future. I only wish there was a book (obviously not a naughty one), I could make for my daughter, to express my love and appreciation for her as well. Also I wish I could have changed the characters a bit more as my look is a bit too complicated to capture for my character. Overall I am very glad I bought the book and will be a returning customer I would also recommend to anyone who wants a cute personalized gift to a loved one.”

“This was an awesome book, I am now published, and my husband loves it. I could personalize it as I saw fit and it had so many different scenarios to use, no need to create any of my own. Took less than a week from the time I placed the order til it was in my hands. Not too time consuming to build, but if you really want to put your heart into it, could take a few sessions. Thank you for the opportunity. Will probably make another at some point, for my grandsons, for Christmas, as this was. Unfortunately I had to give it to my husband right away as I was so excited.”
