“What went from a 1* quickly changed into a 5* for what this company will do if your book is damaged. They reached out right away and ask if I could send them photo's and after they saw the damage, they were quick to apologize and are making us a new book. This is the 1st company to ever reach out and it says a lot about how much they value their customer's. They made a loyal customer by how they conduct business.”

“The book I designed was so cute. It was my very first go at it and it was exactly what I expected when it was delivered (in under a week and in amazing condition) and my partner loved it. “The book was easy to make. You can customize your page and write your own text if you want or go with pre-made templates. I received it before the estimated ship time. My husband loved it. I just wish the characters had more realistic features. The arms and legs do not match the body.”
