“I already sent you a review. The book presents very nicely but I was extremely disappointed the “pet names” for my husband, that I had included in the draft, were omitted and simply replaced by my husband’s name. I was not aware that would happen. That exclusion made the book much less personal.”

“Review is already written on the Google My Business (the API within Google Maps) platform. But here it goes again: The vendor had to deliver the book twice for "quality reasons" (for the original delivery date on December 2nd, and the order was done on November 23rd). I haven't received the birthday present yet as the book is stuck in their expedited shipping. Avoid this scam and buy a bouquet of flowers, same end result.”

“I paid for expedited shipping and it took over a week to arrive. It was a gift so I paid for the gift box and gift bag, expecting it to be neatly packed and delivered. However, it was wrapped in clear plastic with the bag and box completely folded. Not what I paid for nor expected. On top of that the book was creased up. Very disappointed with my purchase.”

“I did all the work for my seconded book. I placed the text on the left page and beside it was a picture I created with your icons. I checked and rechecked the book several times each time I did a page making sure the entire book was perfect. The text was always on the left side and the picture part was on the right. This was particularly helpful when arranging, where it showed the book 2 pages at a time. No where did it say that during the arranging that no text would be allowed on the left page. When I received the book I was disappointed to see the text was on one page, and you had to turn it to see the picture page. I did not like this because I made it for my granddaugter and she is 6. I wanted to be able to read the left page while she looked at the right page with the picture. I was going to call LoveBook Company and complain because I thought it was a mistake, but I decided to look and read everything on your site first to see if it said anything about not allowing printing on the left page. Sure enough, there it was in the FAQ's. Why you don't print on the left side, you did not say. I believe that there should be some kind of notification on the very first page where editing is done that notifies the book creater that text on the left page is not allowed. I want my book reprinted. Is that possble? I am a member. This is the second book I have purchased.”

“The only problem I had was that, the design that I’ve chosen for my cover wasn’t centered right, and I believe it was because I made my book through my phone. So in the future, I’ll just create it on my laptop. Overall my partner loved the book.”

“This was the second book I had made with Lovebook. It really is a cool product and in my opinion, the best thing about it is individualizing my books. I don't use the remade pages. Instead, I delete them and make my own, reminding my husband of fun things we've done together. The books I've had made for him were quite time consuming, but worth it! I've made pictures of our farm and have our dogs in almost all the pages. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is twofold: The support with this service is basically nonexistent. If you email a question, you get a form letter that doesn't even address the topic you'd addressed. You're on your own. And, secondly, the first book I made was probably almost three years ago. I couldn't see much updated. There's so much potential here! At LEAST update the clothing choices! And add more objects. It would be GREAT if we could turn the figures - rotate them so the people (and objects) don't always have to face the front. I'd make books for my friends, my kids - lots of books if there were more options for objects and clothing!!”
