However, after contacting LoveBooks customer service they looked into it for me & printed me a new book with upgraded shipping for free! I was really really hoping to have it before New Years since it was a special occasion & now I will! I’m very happy & satisfied!”
“Simple process and quick From ordering online to delivery was all easy to manage. The only part I thought could be improved upon is the preview book. The preview I did online didn't show all the filler pages. Not a huge issue as the book looked great either way.”

“Unfortunately, I can't post a review of the book itself as it was never received. USPS still has it in their possession. A month to ship is a bit much, but I will keep that in mind next year. Shipping has been horrible but this is of no fault on Lovebook. The customer service, however, has been great! Although not reaching in time to be given as a christmas gift as originally hoped, Lovebook has reprinted and is reshipped the item. Thank you for your help.
