“The book itself was beautiful...once I received it. I paid expedited shipping for an already expensive item, only to discover it was lost in transit. I was given incorrect tracking info and no answers as to where it was. I myself had to provide the correct tracking info, to "officially" be told it was lost. The company ended up sending me another book, at no extra charge, to replace the one that was lost. But it was received a week after my boyfriend's b-day had passed. I'm so disappointed with the lack of answers from customer service, I will likely not be giving more business to LoveBook.”

“It was my first LoveBook order and I absolutely love it! It's for my boyfriend's 50th birthday in December and I know he will love it too! I would recommend it to anyone...its a fun way to express your feelings for the person most important in your life. :)”

“Really lovely idea. more character customization like height or even use a photo to generate a person.more clothe options would be good. site could be easier to use on a phone. its really hard to edit text and rearrange pages was really difficult but thats improved a great deal. Keep up the good work.”

“This is the second time I purchase the love book. I love that it has different occasions to make these books for. I also love that you are able to personalize each page with your own characters.
