“AMAZING! my experience, I accidentally forgot to add my unit number to the address (not very smart) and I ordered the book very close the date of Valentine's. Of course, Canada Post when got the package and didn't see my unit number thought it was a fake address and sent it back to them. So, Valentine's was 4 days away when Canada Post did that. I had to contact LoveBook by email and they answered in less than 24h and they were so supportive and helped me so much!! They printed a new book (because we didn't know when the other one was going to arrive to them) and they sent it to me again without any extra cost. Honestly, they didn't have to do that since I was the one who made the mistake. My book arrive after Valentine's, but this shows how great service they provide and how they care more about the costumer having a great, thoughtful and original product for any event they may have. Also, the book was amazing! One of the best gifts I've ever given to my partner.”

“My wife absolutely loved this book when I purchased it for her for Valentines Day. I was looking for something unique and was definitely the best gift I have ever given her. I had a few issues with editing the page order on the website and ended up with 1 page being in there twice. Highly recommend. Will use for other occasions.”

“My relationship was like a friendship from school type thing. We were always cool and when we found each other again it’s been amazing. The book kinda put the icing on the cake had my shorty with the ugly cry. If you know your shorty and she is the sentimental type then this will work wonders.”
