“What went from a 1* quickly changed into a 5* for what this company will do if your book is damaged. They reached out right away and ask if I could send them photo's and after they saw the damage, they were quick to apologize and are making us a new book. This is the 1st company to ever reach out and it says a lot about how much they value their customer's. They made a loyal customer by how they conduct business.”
