“They left out two pages of my book. Once I notified them, they literarily said send us pictures. There’s no such thing as taking pictures of something missing. Then they said -well you approved it as is so tough luck. Wow Fail fail fail Don’t bother, it’s expensive to have them not care about printing errors.”

“My order got delayed. The estimated delivery date is Dec 3. It was shipped on Dec 3! And I received it on Dec 10. Seems that the printing is delayed. Also, I feel that the estimate did not account for the logistics schedule. If you’d order from an Asian country, best to have 3 weeks allowance. I would also appreciate a heads up upon ordering that there could be additional custom fees to pay. Good thing though that the customer service agent is patient with me and offered a refund for it.”

“I would definitely advise people to buy the hard cover and matte pages because it looks way better. Otherwise the book came in excellent quality, such and nice material used on the hard cover, book looks 100% like I designed it in the editing mode. Be careful and order in enough time in advance. (It took mine exactly 2 weeks to come - I’m from Europe) I am so thankful, such a beautiful gift idea”
