“I thought it was a cute idea for my boyfriends birthday! He ended up loving the gift and all but the only 2 things I think is missing is to also be able to do the book in Spanish. And also if I could include more than 2 characters in the book :) other than that it was such a unique idea ❤️”

“i love the books, just wanted to know if you are updating other options? I wish there were more options for pants for girls and boys. Also if your add on items like books, decorations for the rooms, I wish they were more colorful and detailed. But I love the idea and many of your options, just want more!”

“The quality, experience, shipping time, and look of the book were excellent! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there wasn’t enough character facial features to choose from. It was difficult to make a face that looked somewhat close to resembling my boyfriend but still not really. He’s going to laugh at it for sure. The haircut was dead on though lol. This book was a joy to give. Definitely recommend.”

“I love the product but the shipping leaves way more to be desired. The packaging the item comes in is wonderful and the product is amazing. But it took forever for the recipient to receive their gift because of constant issues with the package being lost in shipping. I was able to contact customer service and they were super helpful and were able to send a replacement but this company needs to consider changing to some better form of shipping service as this one is a nightmare.”

“The love book is amazing and made the perfect gift for my fiancé. My only complaint is that the packaging didn’t really protect the cover very well and it arrived a little scuffed.”

“The book was so sweet, it made my bf tear up! The quality of the soft touch cover was really worth it. And each page inside felt like it was made just for us and truly captured our story. Our characters were incredibly cute and I liked how many options there were available to really bring them to life. I found one or two pages that were slightly blurry and is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star. The whole process was quick, easy, enjoyable and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for such an adorable gift idea!!”

“This was the second book I had made with Lovebook. It really is a cool product and in my opinion, the best thing about it is individualizing my books. I don't use the remade pages. Instead, I delete them and make my own, reminding my husband of fun things we've done together. The books I've had made for him were quite time consuming, but worth it! I've made pictures of our farm and have our dogs in almost all the pages. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is twofold: The support with this service is basically nonexistent. If you email a question, you get a form letter that doesn't even address the topic you'd addressed. You're on your own. And, secondly, the first book I made was probably almost three years ago. I couldn't see much updated. There's so much potential here! At LEAST update the clothing choices! And add more objects. It would be GREAT if we could turn the figures - rotate them so the people (and objects) don't always have to face the front. I'd make books for my friends, my kids - lots of books if there were more options for objects and clothing!!”

“The content of both the hardcover and paper back book were how I pictured it and my boyfriend loved the gift. However, the covering on the hardcover looks like it was either rushed or something may have happened to it because there are clear pieces sort of projecting from the spine of the book and the cover is dark blue for the most part. I would buy a paperback book again the cover wasn't messed up at all.”

“Partner loved his gift! The pre-designed pages were super easy to modify/personalize. I had a lot of fun creating the book also. Only downside was I paid for express postage so that’d it’d come in time for our anniversary but it was 5 days late so I missed that boat. Also I got the hardcover and it was dinged in the corners (probably due to rough handling by postage). Otherwise very happy with the product. Would definitely recommend!”

“This was my first time creating a love book. The process was super easy including the ability to navigate around the site. I loved being able to give my husband something unique and specific to our relationship. The only thing that could use some improvement would be if the add on objects could come in colors besides black/white, and if you could place them behind fixed objects.”

“The books are beautiful, lots of options, highly personalized. It is the second one I create. My kids immediately recognized the whole family avatars. The book printing/cutting in this last one had a little misalignment error and that is the reason I didn't give 5 stars, otherwise LoveBooks are a great gift for the family or loved ones.”

“My book said it was supposed to be here July 14 and it is July 23 and I still have no book it has been sitting in transit for several days now and has not moved from Maryland I am really really frustrated and hope somebody can help me! (I decided to make an edit to my review because I feel like it was the right thing to do so after I had contacted the company saying that there was a issue with the delivery of my love book they made the situation right and shipped me a new copy of my book and it got to me very very quickly and I am very pleased with the way that it turned out and I’m very pleased that the company made it right!)”

“Super cute and easy to construct! The only issue I have was I’m assuming in shipping there is a small dent on the last 5-7 pages. But I’m assuming that was a shipping/ups issue.”
