“Making the book was so much fun. I like that I was able to go back periodically and change mistakes or add new things that I thought of before committing to my purchase. I sent the book to my boyfriend, and when he received it in the mail I told him not to open it until we were together and we sat on the couch and I had him read it to me. We laughed so hard we cried. He really appreciated the book and thought it was very creative and special. Thank you so much for creating another special memory we really laughed our buns off”

“The best customer service! After I ordered my book, the next day I received an email that my book had been created and was ready to be shipped. When I tried to track it, it kept telling me that it was ready for the courier (UPS) for ~10 days. I emailed Lovebook with my tracking number on the day my book was supposed to arrive and they emailed me back within an hour. They told me it appeared that the courier had not scanned my package into their system which means it is likely lost :(. They then said they would print a new book immediately, refund my shipping cost, and send my new book with rush shipping (at no cost to me). I immediately received an email from PayPal showing my shipping cost refund and I received my new book within 2 days. The loss of my original package was likely not at the fault of Lovebook, but they handled my situation with the best possible customer service. My book arrived today and it turned out exactly how I imagined. Thank you for being an amazing business!”
