“I ordered this product as a Valentine’s gift for my wife. I was given a tracking number that was never updated y USPS from “Shipping Label Created”. I contacted customer service and was basically told that this was normal and the tracking info was not updated by the following day, to contact them again. When I contacted them the next day, they said they would print a new one and send it out ASAP. There was no additional follow up with regards to the reprinting and now the original tracking number is showing a delivery estimate of tomorrow which is a week late. For a purchase thats well over $100, I’d expect better customer service.”

“This was a really great gift. My partner absolutely loved it. Only complaint i may have is you can only view certain pages to add to your book based off of what occasion you choose. I think all pages should be available for any occasion. But overall this was great. Super easy to do and was delivered in like a week”

“I created this book for my husband for Valentine's Day. It so happened that this year, we were celebrating much more than just love, we were also revealing the gender of our first child. I had a great time picking out the pages and editing them. He loved it! And the best part, it spoke his love language of Words of Affirmation.”
