“My book was delivered with damage. I emailed and was promptly offered a new copy mailed to me again. The 2nd copy came quickly and it was perfect!!!”

“This is an excellent product. I loved how the book came out. My boyfriend loved it too. Even though it's a little on the costly side and it only do it for very special occasions, it's excellent quality. I put the wrong address initially on my order, and they shipped me another one out right away and I actually ended up receiving both somehow. So no complaints here at all. I thought my service was excellent as well when I had my problem.”

“All the process to creat the book was very funny,I think that a little bit more options on creation,should be appreciated,but overall very complete. The delivery was very fast(even though I leave in Europe and it comes from USA)and you are able to track it any time.alk the costs are covered,no hidden fees. About the book it self,very well done and a priceless gift..”

“Shortly after I submitted my order, I realized I had accidentally typed the wrong zipcode. I emailed LoveBook and they promptly fixed the issue.
