“I submitted my order and the tracking number kept showing that the package never arrived at UPS. I contacted customer support and they recognized that the package was lost and reprinted and expedited the shipping on the newly printed book so that it would arrive before my anniversary. As a husband, I appreciate not having to explain that the anniversary gift was lost in the mail and will be late :) Thank you for your help in getting my book to arrive on time!”

“I was really excited about my LoveBook. I bought it as a wedding anniversary gift for my husband. I became anxious after not receiving my package and contacted the company after a couple weeks, they responded to me that same day. After confirming there was an issue with the delivery they issued me a new book. I just received it today and it's absolutely perfect. It was exactly what I expected and I was truly impressed with the customer service and response time.”

“The book was the best gift I’ve ever given my fiancé ! She loved everything about it ! I think it was put together so well, and every page was beautifully printed! And each page says something special that is true in our relationship and the characters were so cute and looked just like her and I in cartoon form ! Was not disappointed would highly highly recommended getting one for anyone You love ! No matter what they like or are into, they will love the sentiment in this book !”

“It was really awesome. I made it for my bestfriend's birthday. At first I was suppose to make it earlier so it could arrive before her birthday but I made it late and was amazed by the fast shipping because I was told it was gonna come after July 25th but it came waay before the day and I was super happy. She loved it and wanted to thank me personaly face to face and she was so moved! Thank you very much and for sure I would make more for other occasions. I am really happy my friend recommended it to me and I'll recommend it to others too! Thank you so much lovebook, God bless!”

“I made my boyfriend this book celebrating our 2 years together. I thought I was emotional while I was making it... I was wrong. When I gave it to him, we sat down and read it together with tears in our eyes! The book was fantastically made and it was submitted, created and shipped in 2 days.
