“Love the book and customer service is top notch. However, their FAQ page goes out of the way to say, "All LoveBooks are shipped in discreet packaging to keep it a surprise... it is shipped with LB, LLC on the return address." - However, my recipient has Informed Delivery and the tracking notice clearly showed the sender is "Lovebook, LLC" so there was no surprise gift! I sent this complaint to customer service asking why even bother telling people it's shipped discretely, when clearly it's not! Also, why can't they just use "LB, LLC" as the company name and shipper so that "LB, LCC" shows everywhere, thereby preserving the surprise? When I sent this to customer service, they explained to me all the various ways it would not be a surprise, as if any of these things are within my control... so what's the point of the FAQ other than to set seemingly unrealistic expectations?”

“She loved it and it was a wonderful surprise! Only complaint, my suspenders were printed two different colors. Idk how or why but it was adorable.”

“I love the LoveBook! I was trying to find a way to make it a shorter book to help with pricing. The only reason I'm giving it 4-stars instead of 5 is because it's a fixed price regardless of how small or big the book is. I wanted something short and sweet for my fiancé but he loved it regardless.”

“The provided tools worked really well and the book looks amazing! However, there were a few details that prevent me from giving the full 5 stars... First, it would be great to be able to include our own pictures, instead of just the cartoon figures; doesn't seem like that would be hard to add. Second, there is no real preview of what the book will look like. I wasn't sure whether odd pages would be on the left or right, for example, when really it's each page on their own. That was a bit of a surprise. Finally, and that one is really a small detail, it's strange how we cannot pick the color of the clothes. I wanted to re-create our first date and found a dress that looks very similar, as a cartoon version, but couldn't change the color... Detail, but again, very easy to fix I would assume!”

“The book is perfect! Good quality and it printed well. My one and only complaint is the cost. My book is only 25 pages and with shipping it cost $89.13 CDN!! While I am happy with the book, I will not order again.”

“It was a lot of fun creating the book. It took a minute to figure out that you could add pages but once that was discovered, it made the process enjoyable. The only negative was the USPS dropped the ball and delivered 14 days late and missed Christmas. My wife still loved it even though it was late. All in all it was worth it and will be fun to look back on over time.”

“The service was great and they were very specific about details (order number, shipping day, etc). The front cover of my book had a little mark on it, but the result is still very very nice!! I recommend!”

“Love the love book. But postage was 1 week later thanw expans so it has missed valentin3s day. My patrner wont receive it now til Easter ehich is the next time i will see him. I paid express shipping costs also to ensure it arrivwd 3 days before but it was late. So sad.”

“Was very cute and exactly as shown, designed and edited! The only tiny error that I noticed going back is that a couple pages were not in the correct order that I had placed them in but i guess its ok as the order didnt matter too much so it still works out okay! Loved and my boyfriend was flabbergasted at how thoughtful and sweet it was! Coolest idea ever, would definitely love to do it again”
