“Good packing and looking present, but there was problem with delivery. Small delay even thou it has payed for faster shipping. How ever good cumunication with support.”

“I love the character design platform and how easy it is to create the avatar for the book and modify the script. I have to say I am very satisfied in that sense, everything is pretty straight forward. However the timeframe to receive my book has taken longer than determined/expected. I don’t think I will be able to give it for Xmas day as planned, even though I create this around beginning of November, so that is a bummer.”

“Not only do I have to rave about the product but I must make mention of the great customer service! My order was lost/stolen and they replaced it immediately. They even expedited my shipment with no additional cost. I received my order next day and it’s great! Thank you for the wonderful support and customer service!!”

“Love love books ! We really wanted a custom book made for our son and they made it possible! It was fun and user friendly making it on their platform. I enjoyed making the emojis and using their templates and adding on from them. I loved at the end that they have the bucket list book and couples activities book. Those were cute things to get. We got the matte cover and it was beautiful. Couple things that would make it even better - although it’s still a 5 star for the purpose we need it for. - we couldn’t gift the book from 2 people. You only get one giver. We adjusted the templates but at the end of the book it shows one giver. Not a deal breaker for what we needed it for - more clothes options and colors would be awesome”

“Made a book for my best friend. She absolutely loved it and I was very happy with the end result. If a bit of constructive criticism - maybe more options for the illustrations but that’s a very very minor detail in support of your business and growth”

“Everything was great, from the set up to the shipping, the only demerit would be some of the printing, there were a couple anomalies. Besides that it's 5 stars, so in fairness, I would say 4.5 out of 5.”

“I found this company via Google and ordered my boyfriend a book for Christmas since I wouldn't be home. It did come later than expected but I was following the shipping and it was the post office who had it really long. The book itself came out perfect and my boyfriend loved it. Plenty of different pages were offered and a lot of them blended perfectly for our relationship. Overall, super happy with the product. It was worth the money, great save for the future.”
