“Putting together this book was quick and easy, and I love that there are so many options to choose from! In the future I would suggest more options for character customization. The book was produced, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner. My boyfriend hates cheesy stuff, but to my surprised he LOVED this book! Thank you!!”

“When I submitted my order I realized I could have detailed my characters.I immediately emailed customer service & explained my error!The woman that emailed me back was professional,helpful,& went above & beyond to make sure my Anniversaty gift to my husband was exactly what I wanted.We emailed back & forth about 7 times!They also upgraded shipping which was a pleasant surprise!I was treated with respect & as a valued customer.When our book arrived it was packaged with care.My husband & I both looked at the book together.We laughed & we teared up!The pages were beautifully done!We were thrilled with our characters,the art work,& the quality of our book!We will definitely order more books for other occasions!Thanks again for making our 1st year Wedding Anniversary more special!”

“My LoveBook arrived a few days before Mothers Day, and when my mom read it, she was in tears. The book was a little smaller than expected, but the overall quality was amazing. LoveBook is a great gift to show someone how much you love them. I am very satisfied with the results of my book and definitly will be ordering from them again in the future.”

“The book is perfect! Good quality and it printed well. My one and only complaint is the cost. My book is only 25 pages and with shipping it cost $89.13 CDN!! While I am happy with the book, I will not order again.”

“LoveBook is amazing! If you're on the fence, you definitely should look no further and go with this company. I absolutely loved gifting the book I created to my now husband on our wedding day. The templates that are included are so creative and it was fun to add additional graphics to the pages. It was 100% worth it to see his reaction! I have made many books online in the past and the quality of this book was by far the best. I will be a returning customer in the future!”

“When I was originally placing my order for an anniversary gift, this company had amazing communication and response time within 10 mins via email. That is until I received my order and it was all wrong. And I mean... ALL. WRONG. Every single page was incorrect. It was either missing some images or clipart, had the wrong image, the text was in the wrong place, it was the worst quality product I have ever received. I immediately emailed them via their website, because as you may know, they have NO PHONE NUMBER for you to speak to a live person. My first email was responded to in 5 minutes. They asked for a photo or two to show the issue, I sent MULTIPLE because EACH page was wrong. Then SILENCE. No response yet. I was able to Google a phone number which was answered by a lady who explained she would be unable to do more than send a message to the correct department because they cannot transfer customers. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on "hold" but I heard their entire conversation about me. The manager then answered and said the same. I told her I wanted a call back within two hours and still nothing. No response to my email. No return phone call. Horrible experience and my anniversary is next week. Thanks a lot.”

“I ordered from this company two books so the rating of three stars is for both orders. First order was a few years ago for my boyfriend. I ordered a book for Christmas with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Unfortunately my order got stuck and I saw absolutely no movement with the order. Couple of day before Christmas I sent the company an email asking whether the book arrives for Christmas or not. They replied quickly saying there were "technical difficulties" (more like they forgot about my order) but they printed and shipped as soon as they realized there is a forgotten order. Sadly, the book arrived next year and was not properly glued to the hard cover. So even though my boyfriend- now husband loved the book my first experience with ordering was very disappointing. 2 stars Anyway this month my husband proposed to order a book for his mom's birthday and luckily everything went smoothly this time. The whole process took approximately two weeks and we were getting updates about our order all the time. The book brought tears of joy and happiness. It was absolutely worth the price! 5 stars. So to sum it all up: unless they forget to print it out and send on time the book from LoveBook will be an amazing gift for your loved one. I would recommend to order from this company but maybe keep an eye on the timeline and follow up with the company if you think it takes longer than estimated (especially if you are ordering for an event with a firm date).”

“I liked the book, but I paid $20 in s&h for a faster delivery that turned out to be pretty much as fast/slow as the cheaper options and when I reached out to customer support I didn't feel very satisfied with the resolution.”
