“The product was great and very cost unusable but what was not great at all... your ads. Because I went on tour website I got spammed multiple times a day by your video ads. I mean how bad is your marketing team. 95% of tour audience is buying this to surprise a loved one. Why are you targeting people who have already searched for your product instead of ones who don’t know. On 5 occasions prior to my anniversary my loved one got spoiled by a spontaneous YouTube ad that made her know about it. It went from a creative and thoughtful gift to a “oh you bought the thing from those ads” scenario. I liked the book and so did she but for what I paid I expect better and I wouldn’t mind a full or partial refund”

“When I first saw the site, I was very curious about building a book for my loved one(s). It was so much fun choosing my characters and picking out and editing my story. I received my book in about a week. I absolutely LOVE it!. I have shown it to everyone that I have seen. I am so excited about my Grandsons reaction when I give it to him for his birthday. I am already starting 2 more for my other grandchildren. I also plan on making books for the rest of my family. I am so glad that I found LoveBooks!”
