“My book was send 2 hours from my address even gnough I gave them the correct address and then when I re ordered it they after i ordered it 12 days earlier they would not be able to get it by valentines day. Would recommend bying 3-4 weeks before the necessary date. Not overly impressed.”

“The book is great! I had a little bit of trouble figuring out that I could edit things to my liking. I'm not tech saavy. But once I was able to work on it without interruptions, it came out great! I would definitely do another book”

“The customer service is terrible I’ve tried many times to contact customer service on the contact form when my lovebook arrived on the 25th January, I sent a long message on there, the front cover and the back page was printed incorrectly and misaligned I explained all this, and I have not had a response back yet. Absolutely terrible customer service haven’t had the decency to even contact me back. Why even send me my book out when my book when front cover is so far to the right of the page nowhere near centre. Wasn’t even quality checked just sent and customer has to put up with it. It cost me over £60 and it was for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I wouldn’t recommend lovebook to anyone especially if you have an issue afterwards they won’t contact you back. The contact form doesn’t work efficiently, it’s a con.”

“My guy and I just got back together after we broke up 20 years ago. This little book was a lot of fun to put together and he loved it. The little phrases and the characters were fun. I also added some blank pages so I can make it more personal towards us. I would certainly buy one again.”

“I bought this for my wife for Valentine's Day. It was a hit. I am often told I am not romantic which is fairly true. This was a grand experience. She cried tears of joy. The website made this so easy. To me it was well worth the price. I was so happy with you guys.”

“I am very disappointed with the service provided by LoveBook. My anniversary gift plans were completely ruined due to their incompetence and lack of attention to detail. I ordered a customized 40-page book for my anniversary, paying extra for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. However, instead of receiving the personalized book I ordered, I was sent a generic Valentine's template. This mistake left me frustrated and anxious, especially with my anniversary just around the corner. After reaching out to customer support, I was assured that the correct book would be sent to me. To my dismay, when the replacement arrived, it was yet again the same incorrect Valentine's template. This incompetence is unforgivable, especially considering the significant amount of money I spent on this gift. Furthermore, I was accused of lying about the situation, which only added insult to injury. The implication that I created a new book after my purchase, when I clearly did not and it is evident on my receipt and my book list screenshots (which shows the purchase date is same as creation date), shows a lack of understanding and care on their part. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, LoveBook's failure to deliver the correct product has left me with no choice but to give them a one-star review. This experience has been nothing short of a waste of time and money. I urge others to think twice before trusting LoveBook with their special occasions. My hope is that this review will prevent others from enduring the same disappointment and frustration that I have faced. Date of experience: February 08, 2024”

“I enjoyed making the book very much, my receivers loved it! I was disappointed in how high the cost for the books are. Also not sure why it insisted on me having so many pages, I just left a bunch blank. I wish the children’s books had more choices like the adult ones. In the end I was grateful for the pdf option. Wish also it was offered in Canadian funds. The important part was it was much loved as the gift it was meant to be.”
