“From start to finish, it was such an easy and enjoyable process. The website is user-friendly, allowing me to customize the book exactly how I wanted. “tho there was a big problem at first, i'm giving you a 5 because of the great customer service after to rectify it .. the book arrived ok- but it was the WRONG book- created for two people that were definitley not me and my wife.. opened on Christmas Day ( it WAS a Christmas present) after the initial disappointment there wasnt anything that could be done that day, or the next...but first thing on the 27th i reached out and a very helpful and kind person named Rhonda guided me thru the process of geting a resend..by the end of the day, she had a digital link set up so my wife (who it was for) could look at HER story, got it reprinted by Monday the 30th and the new copy- the correct one- arrived on Monday the 6th...as expected, the book was as cute as when i was creating it, and my wife was thrilled finally having the hardcopy in her hands to show off... so i'm calling this one a victory! well done, Lovebooks, in taking what could've been a negative and making it a big POSITIVE”
