“Shipping was delayed 3-4 days later than when originally purchased book. Was a gift. Book and overall quality was good, but shipping estimates did not fulfill my needs in a timely manner.”

“I have created two books in the span of two years and it is a wonderful way to express your love that you can look back on. My significant other enjoyed reading every page which made him cry and laugh. The quality of the book is equivalent to a book at a bookstore. I have the membership since I plan to create more, so it is worth it in the long run. It is also a fun activity if you want a creative a way to showcase your love through words and cute photos, if you are too shy to say it out loud.”

“Very customizable. You provided a great template. I was able to tailor the book in a way that was very personal to her and myself. Thats what helps make the gift so special. That i could change the bubble quotes to things she has actually said in the past or that i have said. To be able to include all of our inside jokes was great.”

“This was the second time I have ordered a LoveBook. The first was in 2018 and it was for my husband. This one was for my mom for Mother's Day. They are both awesome books! I highly recommend LoveBooks. Be sure to order with the hardcover...it is so classy!”

“This company always provides a positive experience. I love that you can customize so much, although I must admit I wish there were a few more options. It was easy and fun to create the book, and I enjoyed moving the pages around and editing some of the text to personalize it further. It arrived promptly and in the coolest little box I've ever seen. I love their gift wrap too, genius way to do the ribbon like that. It went over incredibly! This was our first anniversary and it's always a challenge to know what to do for that, but it made him tear up so mission accomplished! I will probably be back for another one in a few years.”

“Great! The only thing was the delivery time, too long. I needed the book for a specific day but it was too late to get it on time. So I choose the pdf version. Very nice, but not so impressive as the printed version would have been.”

“Templates make is easy to personalize your story. Also there is a lot of content. More pages than I expected and the quality of the book and print are top notch. This is the second book I purchased. My wife loves them.”

“I have not had such excellent service in a while. I had accidentally locked the book for printing, twice! Both times I received a quick response and managed to reopen the book for editing. Delivery was quicker than the estimated time I was given.”

“It is a great concept unfortunately, you are unable to edit after a certain time and you are given misinformation from the customer service department. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this company again. *Update* I have heard from the company, and they are issuing a credit to my card. Because of their professionalism, I will order from this company again.”
