“Order not arrived. Meanwhile all the process of creating the product was okay. My order is yet to arrive. The delivery was supposed to be on the 9th. But yet it’s been since the 3rd of February that it is still “catching a flight” in Australia. Living in New Zealand, it takes 3 to 4 hours to fligh to New Zealand. Surely when you had 12 days in the process for logistics it should have arrived by today the 15th. I have contacted the transporter and they are “investigating” yet after another attempt to contact them back still no answer from them. For a company lien yours, focusing on all the important “life event” such as Valentine’s Day and others, you should know more than ANYONE that being on time is the key. I am very disappointed by the service and will most certainly never use it again for that exact reason.”

“Issue resolved quickly. This is my second book purchased and about every 3rd or 4th page the outlines on characters were off and the text had a shadow effect (that wasn't intentional). Just was disappointed based on the first book looking super crisp. I contacted support and they asked for some pictures, within a day they were processing a new book and getting it sent back to me in time for valentines day (all in all about a week). Support team was great and end result was another book that looked perfect. Thank you.”

“I purchased a Lovebook for my boyfriend for our 1 year Anniversary. I did not give it to him yet, but I’m sure he’s going to love it just as much as I do.
