“My book said it was scheduled to arrive a certain date and I didn’t not receive it. I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to resend a new copy. My girlfriend LOVED the book. “I am so pleased with Lovebook - not just the product, but also the customer service. I was able to create a beautiful 1st anniversary gift, for my husband, which felt authentic and fitting for our story. After all was submitted, I realized I'd made a tiny error. I was able to contact Lovebook, via email, and within minutes I had an email from Jen, who was the epitome of customer service! I will, certainly be recommending this company. And they'll be at the top of my list for future gifts!”
