“They sent all the notifications including my tracking number but then they lost my package. According to the tracking number my package never left the manufacturer. I have since reached out to the company and I’m waiting for them to republish my book which is now late for the occasion I made it for. I will gladly review the product itself once I get it Update... since the mishaps, love book did expedite a second copy of the book at no charge and even gave me the computer version as a free gift for the trouble. The only reason I didn’t give it five star is because to me 5 star means the entire transaction is flawless. That being said, I’m impressed and very pleased on how the company quickly handled my situation and I would definitely do business with them again.”

“Thoroughly happy with the quality of the book. My wife loved it. Only thing I wish is that they proofread it also in case I missed a misspelled word (which I did, spelled "the" wrong.) A quick email from them could have corrected that. But other than my mistake the book is awesome”

“I was blown away by the end result! The process of creating the book is intuitive & simple to do, but the speed at which I received the book exceeded my expectations. Not to mention seeing the book in it’s tangible form. Simply amazing concept!”

“I would like to thank LoveBook for great service , I had a little issue after I sent my book in and they took care of it right away. My husband loves the book and the characters I was able to create. I couldn't wait to give my husband the book, I was going to wait till Christmas but it turned out great so I gave it to him right away. The book pages and the cover are great quality as well.”

“Très bon cadeau à faire. Très original et mignon. Commandé le 26 décembre et arrivé le 9 janvier (livraison prévue début février). J’avais payé pour un envoi standard sans suivi mais j’ai finalement eu un suivi. J’enlève juste une étoile parce que je trouve cela très cher pour ce que c’est (50€ frais de port compris), les matériaux du livre sont de bonne qualité mais pas non plus fantastiques, les pages sont très fines... Donc je pense que 50€ pour ça est excessivement cher. Mais hormis le prix c’est une super idée cadeau.”

“I ordered a personalized book for my sister for her birthday, and had it shipped directly to her. The excitement in her voice when she opened it and called me, I haven't heard since we were kids. I still smile when I recall her reaction. "Best gift I have ever received in my entire life", she said. Best gift I have ever given.”

“Loved the quality of the book and the gift package included!! However, I had a small issue with the printing process. After finishing my book, I was given the opportunity to edit it one last time so after finishing my editing that same day I emailed the company back to let them know that It was ready to be printed. But for some reason that I am still not sure of, my book was not sent to the printers and I was never notified of the mistake. I only found out a week after that it had not been sent when I emailed back to have an update on my package. Unfortunately, I received my package late after paying for an express shipping option and it was unfortunately as it was an anniversary present, so I was not able to give it on time.”
