“I love the product but the shipping leaves way more to be desired. The packaging the item comes in is wonderful and the product is amazing. But it took forever for the recipient to receive their gift because of constant issues with the package being lost in shipping. I was able to contact customer service and they were super helpful and were able to send a replacement but this company needs to consider changing to some better form of shipping service as this one is a nightmare.”
“The manufacturing of the book was super fast. I believe within a day of placing my order, the book was already being shipped. However, I was disappointed that the book did not deliver on the expected date. The book arrived two days late. “I got this as a side birthday present for my wife. We built a fort in the living room and I got some glow-in-the-dark star stickers and stuck them to the sheets that made our fort roof. There, she hastily pulled off the wrapping paper and saw our Lovebook! She was so happy and loved it so much she started to cry. We both cried when we read it. Taking the time to really personalize it pushes it over the edge. The pages Lovebook offers are great but why not take advantage of how much you can personalize it and truly made it YOUR Lovebook. I really love that they had so many options to choose from to make it that much more personal, right down to wii remotes, chihuahuas, kayaks, and differing trees and stars. It was a great experience! The “side” birthday present ended up being loved the most.”
