“I was very impressed with the ease of use, number of options, value, and overall quality of the product. There was only a small printing error which has been addressed right away by the ownership team, which did not result in anything being taken away from the effect the book had when presented to my fiancee. She thought it was the best gift she had ever received !!!”

“The book was perfect apart from the sticking pages that tore slightly the colour from about 2-3 pages at the top... It's not really noticeable unless you take time on each page specifically, but apart from that, it was perfect!”

“I really like the easy format when it’s for someone you Love. The book looks great! I wish it was easier for an anniversary love book for someone else. I started a 2nd book For my friends but it’s just to labour intensive to create or edit every page”

“The book and the pages all in all were great,my only complaint is that I thought it was going to be A big book in size but it was the size of a notebook.I was not mad at it and it was much cutee this way I was just not informed but it could have been my mistake for not looking up the sizing.I also believe that the price could have been a bit cheaper but I did not mind it.In conclusion,great work and I’m very satisfied!Thank you!”

“Lovebook is just great! There are many options to choose from and you can really personalize your book. The delivery went quickly and perfect. My girlfriend started crying when she received the book I made for her. The only tip I have is to inform the customer that the pages are not following up, so it's not the page you've chosen and then again a page you've chosen. It is a blank color page and than the page you've chosen and so on.”

“I loved it. I wish I could've customized it more and pick a different pic for the traveling one because we've never done Paris YET (haha) unless I could didn't know how. But otherwise I'm super excited to give to to my boyfriend”

“The book creating process was easy and very customizable. She loves the book, and I'm hoping to be keeping it around for a number of decades. There was only a slight hiccup in the shipping side of things, but other than that this was a perfect product.”

“The customized story book is pretty cool. A good way to tell your story with animation. Maybe a bit more customizable choices in the animated profile creation. Also, some selection on font and one mass edit on font size would be nice. Definitely a unique present.”

“Good experience, my wife loved the book. One small issue, 2 pages are glued together, I can hear them tear when I try to separate them, so we left them alone. If you have a solution to separate them let me know.”

“My book was quite easy to make and the process of editing it was straight forward and also enjoyable. I ordered my book and it didn’t get to me when the tracking said it would. When I contacted customer service they were very quick to get back to me and let me know it was probably lost. They quickly reprinted it and sent it to me over night as soon as it was done. The quality of the book itself is amazing and I will definitely continue to make more all year round.”

“Everything came out beautiful except two of my pages were horrible bent up. No idea what happened. I’m assuming during printing. It almost looks like it got jammed in the printer or something. Other then that it was cute”

“Great quality book and it was produced really quickly and shipped promptly. The only downfall was my book was shipped and travelled all the way around the world in a couple days, then it hits my Country and it was delayed. The shipping website just said to check back later, then it was on my doorstep, without the shipping website showing that it had travelled down the country. More an issue with the shipping company, but overall super impressed how fast it was made and arrived to me, especially during a pandemic!!”
