“I have nothing to say about the book it is exactly what I expected and it seems to be good quality, however you should reconsider the shipping company you are working with, as I had a lot of problems with it to get my order... Too bad !”

“My love book made an awesome Christmas gift. Being able to customize the characters helped personalize the book in a way that was well received. The book was constructed well and I was impressed by the quality of the pages. My wife loves her gift and loves showing it to others.”

“I love the book I ordered! I made one for my boyfriend for our 3rd anniversary and was able to edit the pages and include little inside jokes. The book itself is very nice, the quality is great and it’s very cute. The only problem I had was that it was delayed in printing and shipped late - they gave me a refund on shipping, so that wasn’t a huge issue. It was still two weeks late after the second expected arrival date, but that was more of an issue with USPS. I would absolutely buy another one and have already recommended making one to friends.”

“The finished product I got, was exactly what I was expecting! The customer service was helpful and extremely accommodating! The only negative comment I have was that there is very little communication between the customer and LoveBook on their side. My book did not pass their quality test, which okay I’d rather them remake it then send me something faulty or not up to standard, but there was zero communication regarding the issue. It was only when I reached out to them to figure out why my book had been in packaging for 4 days, that I was told about the issue. Just more communication between them and the customer is needed! Overall, I was extremely happy with what I received and it was exactly what I wanted! Thank you for making a fantastic one year anniversary gift for my boyfriend, he loved it!”

“The book was done awesomely... as you create your own, it's laid out in front of you to review/create but the best part is finally getting it in your hands... the only part I was slightly disappointed with is the physical size of the book, thought it would be a little larger especially for the money paid. The novelty of the book makes it worth the price though.”

“The Love Book was so cute! I designed it with options and changed a few things around. It was a anniversary present and you can get digital version as well. Making the characters was funny and made it look like human-self. Reading it, cheers me up and all the little things come back. I found it online and thought it was very cheesy and cute thing to do.The quality is very good, the pages do not tear and very good type of material of the book. Anyone looking for ideas, this is a good place to start. Also, other merchandise and bits. Enjoy! Thank you for creating this book for us as well!”

“I saw this product on Instagram a few times and was finally convinced to buy it for my partner on a random day. It was lovely, and he really loved it. The only minor issue was there was a page reprinted, so we saw the same page three times and I checked each page meticulously before going to print and everything was fine...? - so that was a little awkward. Otherwise a lovely gift.”

“Everything was great, from the set up to the shipping, the only demerit would be some of the printing, there were a couple anomalies. Besides that it's 5 stars, so in fairness, I would say 4.5 out of 5.”

“Great experience building the book but Delayed The overall experience was great. Interface was easy to use and lots of options to build your book. I would have liked to have been able to upload a picture to create my avatar (similar bitmoji for example). Also, I ordered my book on Nov 27 and the expected delivery was Dec 9 but was delayed until Dec 18. Hopefully it makes it in time for Christmas.”

“I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He thought it was really sweet! I got the box to keep it in as well as the gift wrap but it came unwrapped. At least it was in the decorative hard box but if it came wrapped as requested and paid for, I would have given a full 5 stars.”

“Created a book for my boyfriend. Very good quality. Very easy to personalise every aspect. Only reason why I did not give the full five stars is because I was unable to find the price until the end of completing the book. Could give option to have different number of pages (for example), so you can choose what you can afford first. Overall, I was extremely happy with my boyfriend’s reaction to such a memorable gift.”

“The book came out wonderful. My husband loved it. It did come after Christmas but I am aware that is not the fault of LoveBook, but mass deliveries for this COVID Christmas. I would definitely recommend it for others -It is funny, but romantic”
