“When searching for a unique Mother’s Day gift idea I searched the internet and found this. It surpassed my expectations and was probably one of the most awesome gift ideas I have ever achieved. I went with the hard back version and can attest to how very well made it is. The layout was superb and just by answering a series of questions the storyline unfolds itself in a cute and touching way. I also liked the ability to have a section at the end to personalize and say some very heartfelt words to my loved one that the book was for coming directly from me. The only thing I would suggest was to expand and have more choices for the overall character portrayal design to try and make them look as close to real as you can in the caricature format given to choose from but overall it was good enough for it’s purpose. I will be using this again in the near future for Father’s Day after seeing how well it turned out for my Mother’s Day gift. I could tell how much it meant to my Mother to receive such a personalized and unique gift that was such a great medium to show and say how much she means to me and to show how much I really do love and appreciate her for all she has done for me in my life.”

“I created a LoveBook for a friend that absolutely loves books!! So I thought what better gift is there than to put a book lover inside of their very own book about themselves? I was able to customize the pages of the book to make it more suitable for our friendship rather than a romantic relationship. I was surprised by the quality of the hard cover & the book turned out great... Oh btw, she absolutely loved it!!”

“This was an excellent gift for my mother. Not being able to see her for mothers day due to covid restrictions was tough. It was great to be ae to send her something special. Due to no fault of their own my original package was lost by usps. They immediately expedited a new one to ensure my mother got it. Great customer service and a great product!”

“I order this book on May 7 and paid extra for express shipping that would provide me with more details of my order. I understand that we are dealing with shipping delays due to COVID-19 but I did not receive any updates at all about the whereabouts of my book. It is arriving later than the expected date and I still haven’t received it. The worst part is that my partner got an ad for LoveBook on his social media and ended up ordering a surprise book for me AFTER I already placed my order. He didn’t select express shipping but he received his order BEFORE ME. He ordered his on May 12 and received it on May 16. The company did not provide any updates or reasons as to why this happened. He even had more pages in his book than mine. I expected more for the price I paid.”

“the customer service is amazing, received my book with a slight blemish and within a few hours i got an email back from them saying they were willing to send me a whole new book and i could keep the old one. will always recommend!”
