“I love this book and idea for a gift so much . It’s a 1000 times better than any card! I gave one to my husband for our anniversary and he loved it , smiles from ear to ear . This company sent it right away and was very helpful with a postal problem I had and went above and beyond to make sure it was here for our anniversary. Wonder customer service and very helpful and prompt response. I will use them again for any occasion .”

“Usually, LoveBook is amazing! So unique. However, they did not ship one of my items, subsequently promised it two-day delivery, and two weeks later, still no item. Allegedly lost in shipping. Support keeps apologizing and saying, "let us know if you don't receive it." However, they don't offer resolution.”
