“I am very disappointed with the service provided by LoveBook. My anniversary gift plans were completely ruined due to their incompetence and lack of attention to detail. I ordered a customized 40-page book for my anniversary, paying extra for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. However, instead of receiving the personalized book I ordered, I was sent a generic Valentine's template. This mistake left me frustrated and anxious, especially with my anniversary just around the corner. After reaching out to customer support, I was assured that the correct book would be sent to me. To my dismay, when the replacement arrived, it was yet again the same incorrect Valentine's template. This incompetence is unforgivable, especially considering the significant amount of money I spent on this gift. Furthermore, I was accused of lying about the situation, which only added insult to injury. The implication that I created a new book after my purchase, when I clearly did not and it is evident on my receipt and my book list screenshots (which shows the purchase date is same as creation date), shows a lack of understanding and care on their part. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, LoveBook's failure to deliver the correct product has left me with no choice but to give them a one-star review. This experience has been nothing short of a waste of time and money. I urge others to think twice before trusting LoveBook with their special occasions. My hope is that this review will prevent others from enduring the same disappointment and frustration that I have faced. Date of experience: February 08, 2024”

“I enjoyed making the book very much, my receivers loved it! I was disappointed in how high the cost for the books are. Also not sure why it insisted on me having so many pages, I just left a bunch blank. I wish the children’s books had more choices like the adult ones. In the end I was grateful for the pdf option. Wish also it was offered in Canadian funds. The important part was it was much loved as the gift it was meant to be.”

“I’m so thankful for my book… I made it for a valentines present and it’s so unique! Love that no one in the world will have the same! It came a little bit pricey but after seeing the quality and effort gone in to making it I would definitely make another one!! Worth the money and I give 100”

“What to buy for your special person who already has everything? This!!! It’s so much fun making such a personal present tailor made just for your special person. If you aren’t creative they have loads of pre made ideas you can personalise to make them unique to you. Even better, not only can you get a book made that you can wrap and kept as a keepsake, but you can also download a digital copy that they can carry with them. Ideal if your person works away. If you ever needed any extra book copies you can order them again later. I’ve made at least couple every year for the past 4 years, and then send them with all my love Great item. Great service. Your loved one will be impressed for sure.”

“so the overall concept is great! Not trying to be a fuddy duddy, but there were two technical errors. 1) there was a consistent smear in the same spot on multiple pages in the beginning. Not sure exactly which ones. The graphic\ink or press mustve had some interference, but it eventually clears up to clean pages. 2) there was a typo. The line\quote was,."are you in the mode for a quickie?" I believe it should be ,"are you in the mood for a quickie?" other than those, i really like the style\ motif of the book.”
