“Took less than a week to arrive with standard delivery and was perfect in every way. Worthwhile purchase that we will treasure. We loved being able to edit all of the pages to personalize them for our family. It was easy to do and you don’t have to be an IT specialist to design great pages.”

“Initially, I had an issue with my order from the delivery company, and the LoveBook support team was highly responsive, and they made possible a new order, free of charge, that arrived in time for the birthday of my boyfriend. The product itself is AMAZING! Even better than I had imagined. Curated in details and very high quality. It will definetly be again a first choice for me in other occasions. Keep up the great work!”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter ordered her book as a Father's Day gift on June 4, 2022, it stated that it was delivered on June 12th, needless to say, IT WASN'T! Apparently, UPS passed it off to the post office that never delivered it. I contacted customer service (Liam) about the issue, he offered to reprint and rush deliver (didn't ask too many question so I gather they run into this issue all of the time). Today is June 23, 2022, Father's Day was June 19th!! Way to ruin what was suppose to be the perfect gift from a daughter to her father. All I got was the run around. I asked for a refund and was told that he is not authorized, we should have received the book on Saturday the 18th and it just arrived at my house today. There is no phone number that I could find for customer service, everything is done via email, which I found to be a little unprofessional and shady. It was a lot of unnecessary back and forth with the promise of rush shipping which DID NOT happen! Thanks a lot for ruining my daughters special and surprise gift. As previously mentioned I asked for a refund but was offered a credit for a free book for another occasion. I will NEVER use this company again, upon doing more research, there are other similar companies out there that does the job that is promised and is more professional. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Sometimes it pays to read other people's reviews of services and products.”

“I am so incredibly happy with my final book. I loved how I was able to build my characters and my story from scratch, but there were also some pre-made page templates to help get those creative juices flowing too. Quality is top notch and my partner cried when I gave it to him. If you’re second guessing this as a gift, just go for it. It’s a beautiful personal gesture and you get to keep it forever.”

“I love it and can't wait to give it to my boyfriend. Creating it is super easy since you can use multiple templates and then easily change bits here and there like adding pages, changing the text or the outfits and the poses etc. The options to personalize it for the receiver are amazing. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it for this quality. The printing and shipping to germany was so quick and the final look is absolute perfect. 10/10 i would recommend.”

“I had this made for my husband for his birthday ! Brought tears to his eyes, because it was written just about our lives … **VERY IMPORTANT … know, that you can add extra text or completely write your own…that’s what I did and it is so much more meaningful than just using the text they have because it’s so generic ! Don’t hesitate…JUST ORDER YOUR SPECIAL BOOK !!”
