“I had a huge delay with shipping so I emailed LoveBook. They not only returned my shipping cost, but upgraded my shipping at no extra cost and I finally received my purchase within 2 days of the interaction with customer service. My partner absolutely loved his birthday surprise and said it was the best gift he had ever gotten. The quality of the book is beautiful, The site is so easy to use!
