“Great customer service. I had an issue with my order and it was fixed immediately. My fiancé loved his book so much he teared up. My only suggestion is that an employee be responsible for inspecting the finished product to ensure no printing errors remain”

“After putting together my Lovebook as a gift for my husband on our 1st Anniversary married, it wasn’t long before the book was delivered. One change I would recommend is that I didn’t see that it’s possible to adjust the height of the character. He and I are a foot apart so it would have been great to show that in our characters. I love how it is possible to customize all of the text to add more meaningful experiences. This is a unique gift that I would recommend to others looking for a special gift.”

“This was one of the best purchases I have ever made! My son wanted to do something extra special for his dad on Father’s Day and this was beyond my expectations! The customer service was 10/10 because the shipment got lost in the post office I contacted them via email told them what was happening they sent me a new book 2 days later right on time and refunded me the shipping from the previous purchase!! Thank you again!!!”
