Lovebook assures customers “Your book will arrive in a blank, cardboard wrap with no receipt or markings so your book remains a surprise.” Mine came with the name of the company, Lovebook, on the outside label. I am not sure if they meant no markings to include the name of the company but it does not remain a surprise this way. My husband ignores most packages with my name, but all a curious partner needs to do is google the name. Forgivable, but my book also arrived damaged, as if it had been opened and closed many times. The binding is cracked; it looks like a used book. It was intended as an anniversary gift, however, I cannot give this to someone. Even if Lovebook replaced it, I don’t think it will be on time. Update: Lovebook sent me a new copy, undamaged, unlabeled, and expedited the shipping.”
