“Love Book has been awesome with both their product and customer service. My first shipment had a page that was ripped in manufacturing and the team immediately priorty shipped another one out to me. While seemingly pricey the ability to create an everlasting book with an easy user interface has made this a fun process. Thanks so much for the ability to create a beautiful and meaningful gift. :D”

“My package got lost in the transition between UPS and the USPS. UPS tracking stated that the package was handed over to one of the local post offices. However, I submitted an online request to USPS and the local post office called me the next day. The USPS representative informed me that they never received the package according to their records. I then followed up and sent a message to LoveBook and got a reply the next day. Low and behold, LoveBook acknowledged the package was lost and they are sending me another one with expedited shipping. Now that is customer service and what brings people back for more!”
