“All the process to creat the book was very funny,I think that a little bit more options on creation,should be appreciated,but overall very complete. The delivery was very fast(even though I leave in Europe and it comes from USA)and you are able to track it any time.alk the costs are covered,no hidden fees. About the book it self,very well done and a priceless gift..”

“Shortly after I submitted my order, I realized I had accidentally typed the wrong zipcode. I emailed LoveBook and they promptly fixed the issue. I was also impressed by how quickly I received my book. It arrived before the estimated date and, even though I procrastinated, arrived the day before Mother's Day. Thank You!!”

“I love the ability to have my book available to me via PDF and being able to print it out. I did have trouble sharing the link for my partner to click on and see. I love to edit my pages as I want and add images that I need to add. Previewing the book is really helpful in making sure it is the exact way you want it.”

“I had corrections to make being the website is difficult when it comes to designing illustration the day after purchased. The expected date of arrival was 5/15/2023. Well still never received it. So I contacted them and they said they we waiting for me to tell them that they can process it now that my corrections are done. Wish this was told to me at the beginning. For the two stars given, it's for the variety of choices of books to create and the quick response back from contacting customer support.”
