“Unfortunately, I can't post a review of the book itself as it was never received. USPS still has it in their possession. A month to ship is a bit much, but I will keep that in mind next year. Shipping has been horrible but this is of no fault on Lovebook. The customer service, however, has been great! Although not reaching in time to be given as a christmas gift as originally hoped, Lovebook has reprinted and is reshipped the item. Thank you for your help. Look forward to it, as will, my daughter.”

“Extremely pleased with the book and customer service. I was very worried I wouldn't have my book in time for a Christmas gift. It was lost in the shipping process according to tracking. When I sent an email explaining this, the customer service rep Holly answered my email promptly and decided to reprint my order and send it rush shipping so I would have it before Christmas. December 23rd and the reprint arrived in time.... a day after the original finally showed up. Needless to say, I now have an extra copy. But I am very pleased with how easy the process was from the beginning. I give my two thumbs up to love book. A truly unique gift to give.”

“Took forever to receive. Was “lost” in USPS, so they we’re supposed to overnight me another one. Finally received the original/lost book. It was a book for a different couple entirely! When I contacted them, they still had not sent the overnight replacement out. They did not ship it until a Friday night which meant my “overnight shipment” was not received until late the following Monday. Sad, because ultimately when I got my correct book, it is pretty cute, but honestly wouldn’t say it was worth the head ache...”

“Great customer service and great products. I hit a little snag as my first order was lost in the USPS disaster and I was afraid would not make it by Christmas . I emailed them for an update and the customer service rep (Connor) responded quickly. They printed me a new book and sent out UPS which arrived today just in time!”

“I love the result, it has great quality and I'm sure that soon, the person that will receive the book will think the same ;) It's an amazing personalized present and it's difficult to put a price on that, but I would say that's the only think that made me give a star less, prices are a bit high, even though it's worth it!”
