“Let me start by saying the love book that was created is absolutely adorable, better quality than I expected and I'm totally in love with it and can not wait to give it as a gift in 2 more weeks! I had an experience where the original book arrived damaged and the level of customer service I received was absolutely extraordinary. Not only was Jen pleasant and professional but she was apologetic for the mishap and accommodating with getting a new book printed up and shipped out immediately so that I would have the gift well in time for the occasion!!!”

“The book looks amazing and is everything I hoped for and more. Pages are thick, characters look nice and sharp, and colors are vibrant. They printed one sided pages which I was not expected but appreciated. The one thing I can’t even complain is the book arrived a lot earlier than it said it would so my boyfriend almost opened the package. My surprise almost busted but luckily I recognized the situation and retracted on time. Overall very pleased and highly recommend!”

“When I made my purchase I was under the impression I was buying a one year membership along with my first book. Upon realizing this I emailed customer service. But they were unwilling to help and only offered for me to buy the membership separately. Was looking forward to purchasing additional books with the membership. I’ve now lost interest in making additional purchases due to the lack of help and poor customer service. Disappointed.”
