“My book didn’t arrive and when I contacted LoveBook for help they said that they’d reprint it and send it with fastest shipping in order for it to reach me in time for my anniversary! Amazing!”

“I was struggling this year with what to give my couple for our anniversary and so this amazing ad popped up in my Instagram and It caught my attention, boy oh boy let me tell you all, it's an amazing process to build your book from scratch for your love one, adding details, you can customize messages box, add up to a 100 pages!!! How crazy is that??? I absolutely loved the idea this shop introduced of letting the user get creative with what to make or say, and if you have trouble with what to say it has some templates with text already written! In love with the final product and it shipped fast! Amazing service and price, thank youuu!”

“I love these books! My husband made one for me for our first anniversary. I made one for him for our anniversary this year. I like how much you can customize each page. I like that it gives you a template to start from and ideas to start your book, and complete your book.”

“I ordered a Lovebook for my anniversary with my partner and it took so long that I thought it was lost (it eventually came 3 weeks after I ordered it). A little annoyed at first, I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement in time for my anniversary. They responded to me so quickly and so professionally and let me know that they would start a second print and send it with rush shipping. I then received my original book the next day, so Lovebook was able to cancel the second print, but they also refunded me my original shipping cost. Even though my book took longer than expected, the customer service I received when I believed my book to be lost was top-notch. They respond very quickly and with the utmost empathy and level of service. Very impressed.”

“Such a fun idea. My partner loved the “censored” pages. I think each page is on its own (no facing page). I tried to have the pages go together but it didn’t matter. Not a bad thing at all. Just don’t sweat the page order too much. Very beautiful book, nice size, and a wonderful surprise for my partner who is working overseas.”

“I love making LoveBooks. The Lovemojis and backgrounds and objects are great. I wish I could personalize the cover a little more. I wanted to add 4 Lovemojis to a cover but could only add 2. I also seem to get different recommended "top pages" when I create a new book and I can't seem to get the same ones to show up to mix and match them. These are not really complaints as my books have turned out wonderful and the recipients could not have loved them more. Just sharing some things I wish I could do that I think would make the books even better.”
