“I bought two items from Love Lights and am delighted with both. They have proved to be good value, arrived promptly and are lovely. They were very well packaged (and I am pleased that there was little or no plastic and such like in the packaging). Great stuff.”

“The pendant lights I ordered are great, very large, so I only need two to go over a kitchen island rather than three . I consider them to be excellent value for money. The blue is darker than it looks in the photo, more of a blue grey but this is not a problem. I did not hear from the company with regard to delivery as expected and 'chased up' after 7 days. The lights then arrived in 24 hours so I believe it was an oversight.”

“The items ordered were exactly as described and came quickly. Unfortunately our electrician gave us the wrong details so some of the items were incorrect. We rang customer services. A very helpful young lady sorted out the problem and sent the replacement order very quickly, and didn't charge us the difference in the price - RESULT. Well pleased with LoveLights, will gladly recommend to all.”

“WOW, what a company! I was having a bathroom fitted and unfortunately broke the sensor while trying to move it to a different position on an illuminated mirror. The manufacturers quoted me 7 days to send a replacement. The bathroom installers were due to finish in 3 days. I contacted Love Lights and spoke to Gemma who said she could get the part from the manufacturers and forward to me within 2 days!! The sensor arrived in time for the installers to fit. Well done Gemma, you are a great ambassador to Love Lights. Thank you.”
