“The wrong size item was sent to me, I returned it but the correct size was out of stock so I get a refund for the price of the item but not postage so I ended up out of pocket! Not very good and will never use again!”

“This parcel was misdelivered by DPD, and despite my immediate report to them, it is now missing and presumed stolen. LTS has disgracefully denied any responsibility for this situation. I will be pursuing legal action against them through the small claims court. Their owners are nothing but cowards, hiding behind multiple gatekeepers to evade accountability; they are uncontactable and blatantly avoid facing any consequences for their actions. I strongly urge everyone to NEVER, under ANY circumstances, purchase from these people. They are mean-spirited, utterly lacking in business ethics, and exhibit scurrilous behavior to shirk responsibility. It’s unacceptable, and they must be held accountable. I will be contacting You and Yours on Radio 4’s consumer program and Which? Magazine to ensure their reprehensible conduct is brought to light. Enough is enough!”

“Ordered a t shirt in a size small and came in a size large, contacted the help team to get it changed they took a long time to reply then told me it was a mix up and labels i asked if they would be paying postage as it was them in the wrong but were very rude back and didn’t even respond about the postage. Would not recommend”
